I’ve been consistently tracking for almost a month so I decided I should introduce myself since this seems to be working for me.
I’m 36, married, and an elementary teacher. Weight loss hasn’t really been a struggle before- because I wasn’t trying to lose any. That’s how I ended up weighing 315lbs. So I’m starting now. I’ve lost 17 pounds this month by calorie counting and realizing portion control.
I’d love to connect with other teachers because it’s easy to do this on my own in the summer, but when school stress hits I know I’ll need some extra motivation and support!
