I started tracking meals and workouts in the spring. Getting great results already. I’ve always been active but this is the first time in my life I’ve been really focused on my diet. Doing cardio daily — elliptical and cycling. Plus some upper body strength a few days each week. All at home. I’ve never joined a gym. I’m in the best shape of the last decade. Trying to get to my ideal weight of 180, so the next 10 years is even better than the last! Happy to accept any friend requests so I can follow and encourage others working to achieve their goals… Sam
