Fat loss struggle

Hi everyone,
I used a TDEE caculator that says I could weigh 81kg at 15% body fat based on my current stats
My current stats are:
Age: 22years
Weight: 80.4kg
Height: 174cm
Body fat: 25.8% (renpho scale)
Activity: 4 days a week standing job, 2-4x strength training a week
All of these stats are confusing me. I am still considered overweight even though I’ve lost a good 35kg and got my body fat from 44% to 25.8%.
I’m currently eating around 1,700-2000kcals a day, aiming at 2000 on days I’m more active and 1,700 on days I’m less active. But the scale isn’t budging. I have noticed I can lift heavier though which feels great, but i still look and feel so fat. I am keeping my protein 160g+ a day to avoid muscle loss.
What should I do to see changes because I feel like my body isn’t changing shape.

It could be your carb intake, try to reduce your carb intake and see what happens. Could also be your fat intake. I have tried all kinds of things on myself in the past, I have weighed the same but looked totally different. When I was eating mostly vegetarian food and low carb, I looked skinny as hell but I did not feel so great (when I was 110 lbs). On the other hand, I weighed the same another time but mostly counted net calories but ate all kinds of junk on the same number of calories, I looked flabby in the stomach and face, arms (I looked totally different). The evidence is probably hiding in the quality of food you eat, I would suggest reviewing that. Good luck!1

How long has it been since you've lost weight?
Typically if you aren't losing weight over a long enough period, the answer is that you aren't in a deficit. This could be because you're underestimating what you eat (for example, you're choosing inaccurate database entries or you're using less accurate ways to measure how much you're actually eating) or you're overestimating how many calories you're using each day.4 -
"I used a TDEE caculator that says I could weigh 81kg at 15% body fat based on my current stats "
You could be 15% body fat at a very wide range of bodyweights as a long term goal so that's not particularly helpful knowledge to you.
FYI - I'm also 174cm and about 16% BF at 76kg, being many decades younger than me certainly reinforces that 15% and 81kg is a goal that is within your grasp if you are prepared to train for it over a substantial period of time.
"What should I do to see changes because I feel like my body isn’t changing shape. "
You could make your diary public as there's a good chance the problem is to be found there if "the scale isn't budging" is a long term thing.
PS - it's not your carb intake stopping your weight loss unless that's messing up your calorie counting.

BF measurements are usually BS unless done at a sports clinic. And, even then they aren't that useful.
What is useful at your age is to take up really fun activities that get you out and moving as much as possible. Weight training should support those other activities. (This argument holds even if your other activity is a bodybuilding competition.) Example: @sijomial has told us that he took up cycling. Now he's an animal.
So, you (presumably) have the gift of a young fit 22y body: what can you do with it? The options are limitless.4 -

@medee35 : Try posting your request to "Introduce Yourself" or "Challenges." I hope you find lots of buds! I think that the ones you know in real life are more help than virtual friends, but whatever works for you. Like, if you start taking exercise classes somewhere and get to know a few people, you can form a really effective support group.
Best of luck!1
