Hello, Hello! Plz help!

During April, May, June my wife was away and I lost 20lbs, ( in 12 weeks) I busted my butt, ate healthy and was working 48 hours a week.
I had been very motivational, everyday tracking my food intake, my exercises. Now I've lost my grove, We now live a 1 min walk from Dairy Queen and bought a 55 inch TV and spend a LOT of time in front of it. I feel unmotivated again

since then I have gained 3 lbs. I would like to lose a total of 40lbs ( 23 more lbs!) for Jan 1st. Today I got on the eliptical and could only do 10 mins without being so tired. and then only did the warm up video of a Jillian Micheals DVD... WHERE IS MY MOTIVATION!
I had did the 30 day shred ( Jillian Michaels) at the beginning of my weight loss journey and lost lots of weight and inches. I think i will start that again, but I need someone or something to help motivate me!
I made a new profile to start fresh, I've taken all my measurements and would love to start a group even for a target of Jan 1st 2014 to lose 20-25lbs. Thats 1-2 lbs a week between now and then. I have no excuses as I have an room with a TV, lots of workout videos, a yoga ball, elliptical, a Tony Gazelle walker, and a weight bench with Loads of weights.
I would love some new friends who will motivate me and Who I in return can motive.
