Jillian Michaels workouts?

I'm 5'1 in height, small framed and weight about 115-117 lbs, i'm not mad overweight or anything, but i'm just looking to tone up a bit. I've lost 12 lbs, slowly and steadily and did weight training 2x a week and cardio 3x, I'm at a good place at the moment, not gonna focus on the scale any more, looking to tone up and build a bit of muscle!

I've read great things about Jillian's workouts, and just wondering out of her collection which one would be best suited for my goals? (Considering i'm not really looking to lose anymore, just to get stronger etc)

Thanks in advance!

I started with 30 day shred as I needed to ease myself into it (I'd never done circuit training before) but if you're up for a challenge try Ripped in 30, i find it's much harder but I'm not sure how well it works yet as I'm only half way.

Yes 30DS is a good one...my sister who is in the same boat as you started it and has found it to be very useful at toning...

I haven't lost weight on it personally just a lot of inches which is what I want...
  • I love her JM's Body Revolution series.

But... Maybe look at Jari Love DVDs. They are killer awesome workouts. A good price, super popular where I live and give great results. I love them and she has a ton of different ones too. Google. "Jari Love" and you should find her website. ;)

Good luck on your journey. :)
