Anyone else working toward getting ready for cosmetic surgery? My goal is to lose 1 pound per week until mid-April, get a breast lift, and be bathing suit ready by Summer 2022. I've been contemplating a breast reduction since I was in high school, and now is the time to get serious about it. I'm now 40, and I know I'll feel so much better, physically and mentally.

It's not cosmetic, but one of the things I'm working toward/that I'm planning to reward myself with upon reaching goal is a bisalp (bilateral salpingectomy - sterilization, "getting my tubes tied"). I'm childfree and want to stay that way, and I know the surgery will be easier with less chance of complications if I'm a healthy weight.4
