I'm Sande from way down at the bottom of the planet. Well not quite bottom but close. I'm in Dunedin New Zealand. I'm a young 64, Mum of 2, Nana of 4 and Great Gran Gran of 4 beautiful girls. I'm a personal carer for our disabled daughter who lives at home. I'm a yo yo dieter. I have my successes and then there is the failures. I've come across from Spark but wish I'd discovered here first. I will need friends to motivate me and point out where I'm going wrong. A life crisis made me turn to food as a crutch. Now I need to take back control. Well in a nutshell that's me :)
