Getting started... again

Hi. I am writing this post as I am looking for some new friends to help encourage me now I am getting back to focusing on myself. Basically I started my weight loss programme quite a long time ago, about Feburary, with the aim to lose about 1.5 stone. I successful lost 1 stone, very healthily over a couple of persist months, despite being in my final year of uni and feeling the stress. Then at the start of April I broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years, was absolutely deverstated. This was a month before my final year uni exams, and whilst I managed to continue my healthy eatting (bar a ski trip) in April the week my final year exams resulted in the stress/sadness and everything becoming too much and I stopped eatting, sleeping, exercising and recording on myfitnesspal. I ended up losing over half a stone in the week on my final exams. It wasn't on purpose but I just felt sick all the time and cudnt face food. I can't say I was sad about losing the weight as it meant I had hit my target, but no surprise I have now put that part of my weight loss back on plus a couple of extra pounds. I have just got back off a mountain biking holiday and feel I am finally in a good place and ready to focus on myself and my health again, so from tomorrow I will weigh myself properly, start back at the gym and watching what I eat.
That's my story so far, and I remember how good and proud of myself when I had lost the weight so I won't to get back there again and make sure I don't gain my uni weight again when I go to Cambridge uni next year for my PGCE. I am also keen in yoga, weight training (really what to tone up), running (entered the london marathon ballot) and extreme sports (mountain biking, Wakeboarding, snowboarding etc). If you feel you can help me on my journey or can relate please feel free to add me.
