Hi everyone - I am new here and eager to receive and give support. My first goal is to figure out the app, locating tips and recipes, and the easiest way to track activity and what I eat/drink. Getting better at this already! Ultimate goal is to lose and keep the weight off. Have been very successful at the first part in the past. But I am back, so I haven’t mastered keeping it off.     Sounds like you're making good progress. I found MFP super helpful, as a weight loss tool.

    I definitely don't think I have all the answers, but in year 5+ of maintaining after previous decades of excess weight, I think it helped me to have used the weight loss process as a time to experiment and find pretty-easy, natural, sustainable habits that I thought I could continue permanently to stay at a healthy weight, after reaching goal. I've been up and down a bit within a healthy weight range within these 5+ years, but so far, so good.
