hello, 5 days into MFP, like it so far!

Hi, I figure I intro myself, I am looking to use the calorie tracking ability of MFP to help me loose more weight. I went raw and paleo 6 months ago and los 30 lbs, I am super active and regained my blood sugar control without meds as well as my stamina. i am still a little hesitant about MFP but figure I give it a go.
I exercise quite a bit, ans found myself in a Plato of wieight loss, I stayed at the same weight for 4 weeks. yesterday i did a 3 hour mtbk run and this morning I was 3 lbs down from when I started, 5 days ago.
I eliminated fried, processed, grains and am following a keto macro ratio.
any way I will post my progress!
