Hello fitness friends

I have been using MyFitnessPal on my own for a little while and thought I would check out the community here. My name is Leslie, I am 64. Last year right after Covid started I broke my foot and gained 30 pounds On top of the weight I already wanted to lose. My goal is to lose 35 pounds as of this point I know I could lose more but I’m not trying to be skinny.I look forward to getting to know the people here.

    I'm Ann, 65, hanging around here these days to maintain a healthy weight after having lost from class 1 obese to a healthy weight back in 2015-16 at age 59-60.
