I've been on and off MFP several times, usually losing quite a bit, only to gain it back. I started this time back in February and can't seem to stay focused and am not losing weight or inches... 😑 I could definitely use some motivation and support... feel free to add me! 😃

If you'd like to try a team approach, I can heartily recommend the Fat 2 Fit Group - you'd be on a team of around 25 people with lots of support, a bit of competition, weekly challenges to help you learn, stay committed, and enjoy sharing with other people on the same journey. A lot of weight has been lost, by members, and the community is one that people stick with for the long haul.
