Hi everyone! I'm new to this. Im disabled but want to lose a few lbs and get fitter but I'm not sure where to start or how much I can do.

I can't walk unaided and use a wheelchair or tripod sticks to get around.

I do burn double the calories doing everything though!

Ideally I'd like to improve my diet and strengthen my core most. Any tips welcome!!

Mostly it's move a lot, a lot more, even when factoring in a disability. Can you lift weights? If so, mix that with increased movement and very a slight deficit in caloric intake - you don't have to give up any foods, just moderate intake. Should be about that easy. Continue over time.

As mentioned above by @4legsRbetterthan2, your healthcare team will have the best suggestions for you when it comes to exercise adaptations.

Then once you get the hang of those, you'll be able to recognize suitable progressions in workouts you come across in the future.

Lastly, if your health condition is recognized by a health charity then many of the larger ones have no-cost/low-cost exercise program options from certified trainers available (now often offered online)

Best of health to you! 🙌🏿

good news! you lose weight in the kitchen!

exercise has its own benefits, but weight loss happens in the kitchen. The poster above said everything else I had to say ;)
