Losing weight and it feels so good.

Hi everyone!!
I'm so happy that I am losing weight, I been working my butt off, I been eating more healthy veggies and fruits, been eating good carbs, picking out healthy snacks. I been drinking 8 to 12 bottles of water. I'm 221 pounds right now, my starting weight was 228 pounds. I have 21 pounds to get to 199. I can't wait to get in the 100's. I'm so proud of myself, can't wait to fit back in my old clothes. also to go buy new clothes. I can't wait to be 140.
I love that I am changing my lifestyle and becoming healthier and happier.

Hi Jessie! You are SO delightful! I just want to ask you to be really good to yourself and enjoy the ride and just eat the things that are really good for you and be patient.
I can't wait to get to my one hundred weights either, but we both have to keep moving our feet and our forks in the right direction, and we'll get there.

It's refreshing to see a teenager who doesn't hate herself. So, that, hands down, good for you! And don't lose that, even on tough weeks or plateaus, don't lose hope, and you'll be fine.
