FlexPro Meals

I just wanted to share that I started eating these this week, and they have been fantastic! Before this, I was using Factor75 meals for keto, but I have long since dropped keto. It works, but it's not sustainable for me. It came into my Facebook feed and I decided to try it. Very flexible meal plans and reasonably priced!

$8-13 each for frozen meals you eat at home isn't my personal definition of "reasonable," but if that's in your budget, go nuts I guess?
What's your plan for when you reach goal, though? Are you gonna keep buying these forever?2 -
Agree with goal6082021. You can lose weight on any plan, but if that plan ISN'T going to be your actual lifestyle after weight loss, then chances of regain are going to be high.
