Starting next week, want a 'cheat day'. Can anyone take a look over my plan please?

I actually do something very similar to this bc I enjoy a good "binge day" on the weekend as well. I don't go as low as 500, bc I would be miserable, but I typically shoot for 800-999 during the week and then on the day that I "binge" I typically just have coffee in the morning or something small like a banana.
See what combination works for you; so long as you're not undernourished all week and you don't pass out lol.1 -
I could never do this myself but tbh I know of people irl who eat this way un-intentionally. I have 2 family members, one who I’ve lived with, who will go out for meals and eat 1000’s of calories and then just not be hungry for the next day or just have low appetites most of the time but then will have a massive feed. And they are both normal to underweight. People can’t believe how much food they eat when out.1
