Starting again... again!

Hi all,

So at 31 years old Ive decided to totally U turn on my training from heavy weights and caloroe surplus to more health and fitness HIIT and plyometrics. I will be keeping weights in there, but not as much and much more functional exercises. If anyone has any experience with HIIT and plyometrics and can give any pointers it would be much appreciated. Id love to hear what you guys are doing at the moment I'm really trying to get back into this full throttle so please feel free to add me, I love talking about fitness and motivating one another.
