Nachos are possible when dieting. Crisp up a low-carb tortilla with vegetable spray in a frying pan. Add reduced fat cheese, black olives, fat free refried beans or lean hamburger, and lots of lettuce, tomatoes and those other things that grow out of the ground. A lighter approach but still delish.0
