RedCon1 MRE and MRE Lite

Just curious if anyone else has reviews or opinions on RedCon1 MRE and MRE Lite. Talked with a collegiate athlete who uses a mixture of the two together to get the right amount of carbs and protein he needs for inbetween meals. Uses 2 scoops of MRE and 1 scoop of MRE Lite. Even said he mixes with flavors to get combinations like peanut butter cookie oatmeal chocolate chip.
