I started my period today when I'm on it I get really hungry sny tips and tricks

I sometimes just allow myself to eat at maintenance level during my period, if the cravings are particularly bad.4

I make sure I have lower calories/sugar free items around me. Also try to stick with higher protein or water content foods to keep stomach feeling fuller.
One particular item I rediscovered that's low cal is sugar free chocolate almond milk. I just add stevia/monk fruit sweetener and warm it up. It's about 40 calories per cup and totally worth it.2
