Ellipticals?

What Elliptical do you recommend? There are tons on the market and I’m stuck!

Do you want a standard one? Or a recumbent elliptical? Sometimes called a cross trainer.
If you’re relatively healthy now it might not matter. But a recumbent elliptical is very good for working through injury. And they’re great for many physical disabilities.
We have a NuStep TXr. It is not cheap. But it’s the top of the line for physical therapy and/or disability related exercise. I have a balance disorder and it’s very very easy to get on and off.
The seat is actually very comfortable, and so we keep it in our living room. Guests happily hang out on it.
Anyhow. Just my recommendation.2 -
