Hi I am new, 54 turning 55 in October. I am type 2 Diabetes and need to live healthy. I walk a lot avg 10000 steps Monday to Friday, love my MTB Spend a few hours on Saturday and Sunday in the saddle. WOULD love to loose a few kids and have a normal life without meds for Diabetes. Like to communicate with like minded people..
