I got back on here 3 months ago after getting down close to my goal a few years ago. After leaving I didnt pay much attention to what i ate and my scale, most likely malfunctioning, read 259 after I dug it out from under the sink. A glance in the mirror and remembering the comment my daughter made a while back about " Daddy, you are getting fat again", I accepted the possibility that it might be correct.
I am trying to do things right this time, eating healthy and enough (was set for 2 pounds a week, now 1.5), working out, and weight is dropping off faster than I had hoped. Down from 259 to 224 this morning. I am hoping to drop 20 more pounds then stay there or bulk up a little, will decide when I get there.
I have started reading these forums and thought I should join in the discussion now and then.
