Where is my news feed?

Ugh - how frustrating! I just added several friends and yesterday, I could see their posts on my newsfeed. Now I can't find that except through notifications. I just have the create a post box, but no feed other that all the myfitnesspal blogs. Anyone able to help? (I already downloaded the newest version to my phone.)

    Mmmm can't help I'm sorry! You'll have to go hungry as there isn't a feed at the moment 🤪
