This happens every night around 9-12 i get that felling eating everything I see i sight i get more hungry at night. Is that a thing

    Create a habit.

    I used to eat a TON of sweets after dinner.

    Since I started my weight loss, I have retrained my brain to a new set of habits. I have a hot chai between 8-9. Hot drinks take a while to prepare and a while to drink. That slows me down.

    At 9 or so, I have a bowl of yogurt pudding, with a little spray whipped cream, and some flavored honey crystals sprinkled on top. I take small bites with a small spoon, and eat it as slowly as I can, savoring it.

    My brain knows that that’s the end of my “eating day”.

    I also try to pick up some needlework to keep my hands too busy to feed me. Idle hands being the devils tool, or in my case, the devils knife, fork and spoon. 😉

    Yes there's time I take time to wat mu food like its my last thing I ha e in this world lol there are morning were I just take a big chunk of it like today lol omg I felt bad for that. It feels like when I eat fast I fellfat
