So when I dont workout I have regular calories

    right i just walk but not to n loose cause I don't want to walk 1 hour as well I walk not to gain only burn 100 most

    The goals I have for my body can be achieved with little or no cardio exercise (regular cardio stuff, not HIIT or anything that also works muscles), and people have asked me why I do so much cardio. My response is always "I do all the cardio because I'm tiny and I love food".
