I used to be a fitness freak when I was younger. I always had jobs that kept me active.
After a couple of automobile accidents and starting my own business from home sitting at a computer, things changed. I could eat whatever I wanted. Now I eat less and keep gaining.
It is time to change my lifestyle. I know at this age it is tougher and I don't expect to be as slim as I used to be, but I do need to get healthier.

    Sometimes people tap on the disagree button by accident when they're scrolling on their phone. Seems particularly likely here considering what you posted 🙂
