Hello everyone, I am new here and on a weight loss journey I began in February. Being in my 70's, it's a slow journey but it's coming off and I am thankful.

Good show, sticking with your plan and losing weight!
I'm a little younger (65), but I feel like we have some advantages in weight management at our age, too, in that we know ourselves pretty well (strengths, limitations); know how to use those to accomplish goals; and have usually had practice in achieving big goals in small steps (education, careers, retirement planning, raising families, etc.), and we can apply some of the things we've learned from that to the weight loss/health/fitness goals, too.
