Ate My Stress Today

Ugh! Bad day at work today-ate way too much for dinner. BUT, as painful as it was, I tracked my calories anyway. So, counting this as a Non-Scale Victory. Putting this day behind me and moving on 🙌☺️😎

Been there, done that a few times myself — a few times recently. It’s always difficult to log those days and actually see those numbers, but being able to put it behind and move forward is so much healthier then feeling bad about the decision — kudos to you for the healthy mentality! 🤗

it happens. one day never makes or breaks anything. As long as it doesnt turn into two days, three days, a week, a month, etc ... not a big deal. back on track today!

Yes tracking it all just means getting back on track ASAP and dealing with it, instead of the easy avoidance route

Everyone makes mistakes. You've acknowledged yours & it sounds like you've put it in your rearview mirror.
