Obsessed about one day being thin

I sometimes push myself over the edge. I go way overboard with exercise sometimes. I am passing a kidney stone and can't exercise a whole lot but I need advice on how not to go overboard and be nice to myself. I am 35 f 284lbs have mental illness. I was the brunt of fat jokes . Bad relationship with food. Overeating sometimes.

What you need is support . This is a great community, very friendly and non judgement people here who give damn good advice. Be consistent, connect with like minded people who'll help you in your journey. Unfortunately, the mental health groups here are dead and that's the only part about this community that sucks
