Starting my weightless journey!

I’m 23.. and I’m currently starting my 140 pound weightloss goal. If anyone has any tips, healthy recipes, workouts they know of feel free to reach out :) I’m kinda overwhelmed and scared to start this journey but I know in the end it will all be worth it. I’m looking forward to making new friends and connecting with people who relate.

    Take it one small goal at a time.

    And whatever happens, do not quit.

    So, I agree that making small goals one at a time is the way to go. How about starting with your water intake and 5-15 minutes of exercise every day. If you've done something for a month, you have formed a habit. I have a wonderful recipe that I use for a meatless meal.https://loveandlemons.com/bean-recipes/

    It's super simple to make. Leftovers can be frozen and reheated.

    For the past couple of weeks I’ve cut out my soda intake and have only been drinking water throughout the day.. At first it was difficult, but I’m already feeling less bloated and I’m noticing a small difference. So I’ve been working on that! Also, thank you for the recipe. It looks delicious 🙂
