    golly gee whiz, this thread sure makes me feel old. I don't even know most of the bands mentioned, heck, i dont even know some of the styles of music mentioned.

    I like to lift to AC/DC, Zeps or Sabbath. Usually I run to Who, Stones, Beatles, Kinks and a cd by Styx called Big Bang which was a bizarre library find, it is Styx covering a bunch of songs from the 60s and 70s.

    I've had to take my daughter to a few country concerts recently and I find myself running to country party songs lately - i hope i resist the urge to run in a white tank top and camo shorts though.
