    Almost anything from RockMyRun (website that has mixes from all genres/tempos/lengths). I can't stand the lull between songs so these get me through. My current favorite is one with some good classic rock.

    DJ Kewlaid mixes. Grape is my favorite Or Maroon five "Songs About Jane" album on long runs. Don't ask me why. lol

    golly gee whiz, this thread sure makes me feel old. I don't even know most of the bands mentioned, heck, i dont even know some of the styles of music mentioned.

    I like to lift to AC/DC, Zeps or Sabbath. Usually I run to Who, Stones, Beatles, Kinks and a cd by Styx called Big Bang which was a bizarre library find, it is Styx covering a bunch of songs from the 60s and 70s.

    I've had to take my daughter to a few country concerts recently and I find myself running to country party songs lately - i hope i resist the urge to run in a white tank top and camo shorts though.
