 So I hit an all time low when my son was afraid that I would sink a boat and didn't want to get on it with me. I was at my ideal weight or even below my entire childhood and teen years. Suddenly while pregnant with my first I gained 130 lbs after delivery I had an eating disorder and dropped from 320 to 170 in 9 months (starvation). Once I decided to start eating again my weight went back up to 200, got pregnant with my second and gained 43 lbs that time around. I lost the weight within 4 months by doing nutrisystem and lots of working out but ofcourse plateued at 200 got discouraged and here I am with nearly 100 lbs to lose. I have been yoyo dieting for the past 3 years now and need a solution, maybe talking with others on the same journey will help. Keep eachother going, motivated and determined. It is easier to be heavy than thin, especially when everyone else around you isnt worried about their weight.

I know what you mean. I really am finding the Food Diary very helpful in planing my meals and keeping track of the food I'm eating.
Best wishes, I look forward to seeing your success.

BTW I had a similar experience only it was Yosemite and they wouldn't let anyone over 225 ride the horses. I promised my son I would lose weight and we would go back. That was 3 years ago.... life happened but the return didn't. I have stuck with this 2 weeks now and am feeling pretty optimistic.

    Water Parks and horseback riding!!!
