Leg Extension Adapter - Olympic to Standard

I'm looking for an adapter to allow an Olympic leg extension to fit standard plates. I imagine it would be a 2" circular hole with 2 1" bars on opposite sides and some type of locking system to prevent rotation. Has anyone came across something like this?
