accountability

I want to hit my daily cal goal and stop going over. My weight goal (-15lbs). Looking for accountability partners to stay on track

    idk if i set my cals too low but i always go over and i'm frustrated with myself

    Did u build a good plan? Do u you Have meals and snacks planned? If you aren’t a the point of weighing your food, you should at least make a plan ( 3 meals / 2 snacks per day). Then get an idea on calories per meal that ladder you to your calorie goals.

    I'm looking for accountability buddies too. I used MFP several years ago and lost 15 lbs. I've put a lot of it back on, so I'm trying to do it better this time.
