Calling all walkers!!!

Walking to 10% body fat.
Is this possible??
I have been walking for two months 6-8 miles a day. I went from 215-182 here is my photo as of this morning. Any advice Is appreciated backed with facts. I just wanted to say if anyone is struggling they can reach out and I will be their hype man 🤓😇

    I don't see why this wouldn't be possible. Or even without any exercise at all. To lower bodyfat you 'just' need to be in a calorie deficit, whether you do that by lowering you food intake or increasing your calorie burn through exercise (or both).
    Personally, I think walking is great, it's fairly low intensity so can do it for hours (unlike for example HIIT).

    I also love walking! I shoot for 10K steps a day and am on a streak of 58 days so far, I think.

    I actually signed up for my first 5K in a few weeks! I plan to walk at a somewhat fast pace and am pretty excited about it. I'm hoping to begin travelling more around the country and finding random 5K's to-do. :)

    I am taking things lightly when it comes to tracking devices. I am using my IPhone watch and phone.
    Usually I go out at 5:30am. and walk about 3 hours at a paved trail with 12% grades up and down throughout. Every mile that my watch goes off I stop and do 20 pushups, so if my watch ends my mile on a incline I do my push-ups on an incline if it ends on a slope downward I will do my 20 on that downward decline. My rough pace being 16:50 to 17:00 minute miles. My heart rate has adapted to stay around 111 BPM when not adding in the push-ups. So to keep me burning fat I threw in the push-ups as an extra bonus to get my heart rate back up. When I first started I had lots of problems from toes being completely bruised to shin splints to my feet throbbing for days also my Heart rate was through the roof at 160 BPM After pushing myself now, I have a hard time increasing my Heart rate and I feel no pain in my feet or legs. I do try to track all my food and I know I’m probably eating less than I should but I’m eating a lot of proteins to help manage and build muscle. I also workout about once every three days with weight training. I will say this… walking has had some amazing results for me. My bp has gone down my weight has gone down and I hope to start loosing the stubborn bell fat next.

    This post is so inspiring . You have done amazing. Walking is a great all body excersise! I try and walk regularly but need some motivation. I have a back disorder and left leg paralysis. I walk with a foot brace but struggle with some terrains and my confidence sometimes gets to me. Thanks for sharing your progress though its definitely inspired me. :)

    Awesome job building up your endurance. I'm trying to build up as well. Right now, I am walking 3-4 miles and doing strength training twice a week. I want to get to 5 miles by the end of Sept.
