In the middle

Hi friends!
It's been 165 days plus in and now have lost 10.4 pounds! Hallelujah! So I am "in the middle" of my first year of weight loss!🤗 Worked my self up to walking 4 miles a day, eating right. My goal is🤔to lose 50 lbs by March 12,2022! At 66 it's quite a goal! I do know that I've learned a lot about how my body works and lots of patience. Discouraging is a tough word. I've had to fight it and keep on keeping on. Overall I feel so much better. My belly fat has come down tremendously since when I weighed 197! At 186.6 in about 6 months the difference is noticable! I can tie my shoes without holding my breath! I can see my feet without holding my tummy in. Actually feel more energy. Watching what I put in my mouth drinking lots of water and staying this active at my age has been tough!😉 But!! I found I can make a difference if I persevere!! Any suggestions are welcome!     I've got a few years on you and certainly understand some of your struggles. It sounds like you have a great attitude and a handle on what you need to do. Great job so far!
