So if you are like me and realized your not 20 anymore, you take 30 minutes in the morning to get the body and bones working, and you notice the scale seems to be hating on you...please add me. I'm looking to lose 100lbs this year through sustainable exercise and healthier eating. Want 50 years of age to be my new 30!
