Im 5'9 and 152 pounds and I workout 3-4 times a week so I am decetly healthy. Its hard to lose weight when I am already healthy. Ive finally gained aome muscle which is hard for me because I am vegetarian. Any tips on losing weight when you are already healthy? I want to lean up to gain muscle.

it doesnt sound like you want (or need to) to lose weight so much as build some muscle and strength, right?
I'd post in here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/goal-gaining-weight and explain what your goals are. there are some wonderful experienced posters in there who will be able to help mentor you!1 -
Start a food diary and count calories.
You might want to consider counting macros. Have you asked this on the Fitness board?1
