Decisions, Decisions, What next???

Over the past year had to change my workouts for obvious reasons. Fortunately I still had the opportunity which most everybody else did not. Due to the lighter weights available I also adjusted my caloric intake. I ended up loosing 30+ pounds. (currently141). Ended up with a 29 inch waist. I guess bodyfat% in the teens. Lots of definition and vascularity.
Fairly ripped for a soon to be 67 year old. What I really don't like however is being this thin and the associated loss of strength. I am thinking it's time to put some size back on but I really like the ripped look and visible 6 pack.
Thus my dilema

Your workouts changed from what to what during the pandemic? And if you already have the vascularity and composition you like, then perhaps I'm not understanding your dilemma/question.

For example, if the goal is the 6-pack that's about increasing lean muscle mass with dialed in nutrition and full body work (maybe calesthenics if you can't get to a gym to lift, pull, hinge, etc heavy 💩)

Well, you were probably in high school when I graduated UC Irvine. It's a blessing to be in reasonably good shape at this stage of life, but it's also a stage where surprises come from out of the blue, and it's best to be as ready for them as is practical. I read the dilemma as possibly more about improving appearance (muscle mass versus definition) than improving functional mobility, strength or cardio-vascular endurance, any of which might be "next" on a different program and more consequential for the future. I've been gaining muscle mass after increasing the protein macro on maintenance calories, with mainly resistance bells and bands training since spring, that is showing up on arms, shoulders and quads but no personal interest in getting shredded - everything I've seen suggests there's a lot of individual variation in bodily adaptation to workout program cycles, and simply changing them up after a couple of months of disciplined training can have a big effect,

If you want to build muscle mass, follow a progressive overload program geared toward hypertrophy. You can probably do that without condescending to MaltedTea, I'm pretty sure being a smarmy old fart doesn't burn calories OR build muscle.
