    I didn't make the August goal - I was lazy on holiday. I will do better this month.

    Well, changes in work and school schedules amid the Labor Day holiday weekend has really messed with things. Instead of doing this tomorrow, I did it today, and due to an interruption only two sets instead of three. I may try and fit another 2 set round in this weekend so long as things get a bit less chaotic. Also, I'm updating from my phone, and the Garmin Connect app on my phone only shows whole seconds for each exercise, as opposed to the web version which shows 1/10 seconds. Tiny insignificant detail, but the inconsistencies are frustrating.
