Ensure and protein powder

in Goal: Gaining Weight and Body Building
I'm trying to gain weight and need something to help but not big fan of protein powder so wanted to see if ensure is good as protein powder

    It doesn't tend to be as high in protein but it's higher in calories than a lot of protein powders so it may suit weight gaining better. It also has added vitamins.

    My father was directed to supplement with one Ensure a day and I found that the High Calorie version actually had more protein than the High Protein version, so that's what I buy for him.

    I'd definitely recommend looking into Fairlife Chocolate Milk. That *kitten* is amazing!!

    I don't even like chocolate milk, but I like that! I found out when I couldn't eat solid food and bought a single of their chocolate milk to try...delish😋
