    Drowning and definitely not being around to see the boys grow up and all their accomplishments. That's why I have anxiety at Christmas when I hear the song" Christmas Shoes".

    As I read a book for my college lit class about a teenage boy dying of Cancer, I've realized that that hits the top of my list. I am so afraid of contracting cancer. To anybody on here that has it or knows someone who is fighting it, god bless you. You all are amazing. :heart: Also getting ALS is a big fear of mine. Basically, anything in which I'd suffer a slow and painful demise. :(

    bats..... flying blood sucking creatures.....
    You should make sure to avoid the Congress Street Bridge in downtown Austin Texas at dusk forever. Hundreds of thousands of them swarm out and fly off in search of food.

    Worms. My older brother used to throw them at me when we were little. Since then, I'm terrified. I have nightmares where they're all over the ground and I can't get away from them, or people throw them at me.

    Wet paper. I don't know where this one came from. I just hate hate hate it and freak out whenever it's anywhere near me.

    Thirst is a big fear, I always have a beverage with me and literally stark to panic when I don't have one.

    Death is my biggest fear of all, more for the reasons of what happens to your body. While I know that rationally it doesn't matter but I don't want to buried because of being under ground in a small space. I don't want to be cremated for more irrational reasons of the fear of being burned alive.

    Whatever I'm standing on collapsing under me causing me to fall straight down. Going forward is okay, I just can't do straight down.

    Closed, dark spaces. Closed and lit is fine, dark and open is fine. I was trapped in a cave once in middle school, never again.

    Centipedes, millipedes, earwigs and silverfish. No other bugs, just those four.

    I have some strangely specific fears...

    Anyone afraid of airplanes? I hate them! Not sure if that's my *biggest* fear but still I'd rather drive 2 days straight than take a plane!

    Planes are much more fun to jump out of than they are to fly in.
