Hey everyone - I have been on here before but been feeling like I could use the support of a community so I am back. Typically, I am very motivated to work out but I use food to help cope with my feelings. I am also very restrictive with my eating which leads to bad outcomes. Going to work on less deprivation to see if that works better. I look forward to working on goals and encouraging others along the way!
