I’m Diane. I just started & would love to get acquainted, particularly with the ladies. I’m 44, from the Philadelphia area & teach swim lesson. I have drop foot, & while it gives me some pain in the morning, I do not let it hold me back & have gotten 6000 steps per day to increase to 10,000 steps per day, eventually.
I will be starting with a personal trainer on October 21. I also plan to go back & swim laps after my lessons.
