Ladies who have 100+ lbs to lose

Let’s add each other for support! I’m down 66 pounds and still have 120 to go. It feels like a lot so I break it into mini goals such as getting through the day 😬😂.
I’m a married mom in my mid 30’s. I love Halloween, knitting, dogs, gaming, binge watching tv, and my plants. Just in case you wanted to know non dieting things.
I love having this community for support. I don’t get out much and am hoping to meet some good folks through here that want to receive support and offer some. I put ladies because I was high-key creeped when I created my account with the messages from guys. So if you’re a dude genuinely with a WL plan that’s cool, but I don’t respond to creepy messages.

I have over 100lbs to lose. I just weighed myself and absolutely horrified. I need to lose something for a wedding in 7 weeks. I need motivation and support!
Well done on your weightloss so far. Are you following a particular plan?5 -
You got this! It might seem daunting but honestly, seven days of being strict with myself and I feel so so much better. The only plan I’m following is calorie deficit. As long as I’m just ended my caloric daily goal, I’m good. Well…hopefully. Weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed!5

I'm also a married mom in my 30s looking to lose that much if you want to add me! I'm more of a crochet kind of person (although with the kids I'm struggling to do my own crafty things) and I like my plants and reading and convincing people I meet to read with me. (I'll try to avoid that here, but no promises that I won't recommend something great if it's related to health/weight loss.)
I'm focusing on changing small habits rather than just staying 100% on plan because I want this to be permanent. Sometimes I'm very frustrated with how slow my loss is this time (I've done the quick loss several times over the last decade or so), but I'm also feeling much more in control of my behavior and ability to chug slowly toward a goal.6 -
Hello 🥰
A Mom of two and child care giver to 4 more 😅 I will be thirty this year and have been struggling with my weight since I graduated high school 😥 I have lost so much weight in those years but each time, gained it all back. Getting sick of feeling sick about myself 😅 time to try again. Hoping this time it actually works 🎈🎈🎈
My motivation is I want to go zip lining with my family and right now my weight of 240 is too high 😭 So when I get to 200 I'm gonna do it!!! Need all the motivation I can get 😄7 -
I would love to be friends with all you ladies!!!!
I have over 100 lbs to lose (more like 160 ish and thats just to start O.O) I'm a single mom in my early 30's to 4 girls ( KNOW IT'S CRAZY) 3 of them under the age of 4 so.. it's alot just to get through a day sometimes.
I'm following simple CICO (calories in calories out) I'm more focused on the calories in.. if it's under what I set as an appropriate goal, I'm happy. I don't cut anything out cause I don't need that kind of negativity! lol
I'm a serial yo-yo dieter and struggle with a major binge eating disorder that I'm working on also.
Down 9ish lbs since starting this whole thing again, but I'm not focusing on the number on the scale.
Add me and lets support each other!4 -
Hi Everyone!

But i'm taking it a day at a time.
Almost brings me to tears reading how similar my situation is to some of you with the yoyo diets. Feels like i have been trying to lose weight my whole life!!

Hi. I've got 100 left to lose to reach my goal. I've already lost 20. I've been up and down a lot over my life. A few years ago I had lost 60 but then I put it all back on through a divorce and then the pandemic. I'm in my upper 30s and a mom of 1. I'm also getting married in 7 weeks.5

Hello! I've sent friend requests. I am also trying to lose 100+. I started at 280, I'm currently at 235, and my first goal is 170 but ultimately I hope to get to 150. I've been stalled at 245-235 for about 5 months now and I'm trying to add friends and be more immersed mentally in reaching my goals by being more involved with others doing the same!
Anyone feel free to add me!!4 -
Hi everyone.
I’m trying to be good, snacking on fruit (better than chocolate?), trying not to use calories my Fitbit randomly adds in! Trying to rebalance my portion sizes and say, no I don’t need that much.
We are about to replace our kitchen and will be without the ability to cook for three weeks (with the kids I told them the priority was the washing machine ) so will be lots of microwave meals in my future!3 -
I started this leg of my journey with over 100lbs to lose. Currently have 73lbs left to go.
A few years ago, I dropped over 200lbs, then gained some back and got pregnant with baby #4. She’s 2 yo now, so it’s time to finish this long term project finally! Not that I’ll ever truly be finished, but I’d love to finally finally finally see UG, and head into maintenance at last.2 -
Hello! I'm a mom in my 30's and have about 100 lbs to lose! I tend to start off well and can't make it past a week or two, so I have never seen REAL weight loss....I'd love some motivation and support to keep going!2
-
I would love new friends and support from other ladies or guys needing to lose 100+ as well. Feel free to add!0

Simply doing calories in calories out atm but with a reduced calorie goal due to my metabolism being low because of a past restrictive eating disorder and hashimotos disease
Love reading and my 2 doggies
Feel free to add me0 -
I like your attitude, I weighed a lot myself, was not as athletic as possible, but at one point I decided to take care of myself and everything worked out for me.1

Hey 👋 my goal is to lose 150 pounds currently I'm at 350. This is the heaviest I've been in my life. I'm up for supporting one another so add me. I'm just starting out so I'm nervous I will hang on to old easy habits. But all positive thoughts and energy moving forward. Let's do this.4

Hey I would love to be involved in this group! I am 36 years old (about to be 37 on October 20th and I don't wanna talk about it lol). I never had a weight problem until my late twenties and went from 150-160 to where I am today where my highest recorded weight was 280. I'm tall (5'8) and I carry my weight well for what it is but I would give anything to have an accountability friend group to help me stick to this journey. More than anything I just want to feel better because I am always sick and tired and sore and out of energy and I'm super over it. Add me, add me!1

Hey, would love to join please1

Well it turns out five guys as an emergency meal is a really bad choice onwards ….1

Hiya everyone in new here but not new to trying to lose weight.. hoping I can kick my own *kitten* and make this the last time I start.. no idea what I weigh right now but it's a lot.. I am guessing I need to lose at least 200+lbs which is honestly scary and feels impossible right now.. could definitely do with some friends who are in or have been in a similar place for motivation and support feel free to add me1

Hi all. I would like to lose 180 pounds. Im coming out of a 5 year depression and really put on the weight. I would love to have friends that need to lose a significant amount, and to cheer each other on. I am from South Carolina, just turned 47.
Thanks!2 -
Right around 100lbs to lose total. I'm down 38-ish now.
