Hi from Dublin

Hi, I'm a long time reader but I've just recently bit the bullet and started myself. I'm 39, mam of 2 kids and work full time. I'd love to get healthier before I reach the dreaded 40! :p Back at the gym 3 mornings and feeling great. The scales isn't moving but I refuse to let it get to me. Can I ask does MFP automatically allocate % for protein carbs etc or do I need to set that? I seem to go over on the carbs easily. Is there a way to share my diary for open comments?
