Font mayhem in "General Health ...", others normal

Labor Day, the fonts in General Health section all changed to unreadable mix of foreign and etc. All the other sections are as usual. Hopefully to be fixed.

    It's spam advertising sex workers. Too many to flag but hopefully the moderators will get rid of it soon. Horrible.

    It's a porn spammer...we'll just have to wait until someone sees them and deletes that profile.

    If it's actual spam (inappropriate mass advertising-oriented stuff by outsiders), flag it with the spam flag. If 5 people flag a post as spam, it disappears, hidden for moderation. The moderators (who are volunteers, not MFP paid staff) can deal with that and other flagged posts, IMU. I think they're more geographically distributed, but I'm not sure.

    For a lot of other things, we're asked to use flag/report, rather than flag/spam.
