Hi all!
Ive currently lost about 36 pounds. I am at a point where I can not beat 200 pounds. I have been stuck in between 198 and 200 for about 4 months now and I just can't seem loose more weight.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

Have you updated your weight in the goals section? How accurately are you measuring your food? How tight is your food logging? And be honest with yourself. As you continue to lose weight, a snack here and there can make a big difference in loss.5

Also, how fast did you lose the 36 pounds, and at what calorie goal are you eating now (and are you exercising? if so, what?). I'm asking because fast loss can lead to some strange, and sometimes surprisingly long term, water weight effects.2

Without data you can only receive generalised guesswork plus experience of what stalled other people rather than you.
Tell us about you to give context, a timeline is helpful, but #1 would be to make your diary public.2 -
Measure that food. Be honest about what you’re eating (small snacks count), measure and count what you cook with…oils/spray oil. And don’t forget to cut yourself some slack! 36 lbs…..Holy *kitten*, lady CONGRATULATIONS 🎆3
