Hello Everyone - alright so I'm new to this app and all trackers. Seems pretty cool. I'm a 55 year old guy trying to stay and even improve my shape. My problem has been actually not eating enough or the right stuff, get too busy and forget that I had not eaten all day. Been losing muscle mass and can't put any on despite a decent exercise regime. Looking forward to using the app and hopefully learning from the community.
